Chris told me he was having trouble writing new songs. I thought the backlog of classics that were never quite finished might be the problem so i slowly convinced him, and then Nick Buxton at Basement Studios, to record his debut LP.

With a trusty group of friends we rehearsed for a month in Chauffry and then recorded the 10 beautiful songs live before overdubbing the vocals, sax and violin.

Chris produced the record and our good friend Alex took the photo for the album cover and designed the artwork.

A sublime album of songwriting which spans around 10 years of Chris's life.
